 Lindy is another one of our Luke daughters and is typical of
what we have come to expect from him. As a first freshening two
year-old she had a very successful show season, earning two
championship legs being 2x Grand Champion, as well as having another
7 Reserve Champion wins. At the 2006 National Show she was 6th place
Two Year-Old. Lindy excels in strength of mammary: the overall area
of attachment, strength of laterals, length of fore and smoothness
in the rear all work together to make a very impressive udder. Her
mammary strength combined with her correctness in general appearance
equal a winning combination. Lindy is very tall and upstanding,
sharp in the front end with length of body, levelness and strength
of feet and legs. Much to our disappointed, Lindy did not freshen
this past year, however, it has allowed her time to mature and
deepen. Lindy’s daughter, LakeShore FT Terraza 1-03 VG86 (VVVV),
was 7th place Milking Yearling at the 2007 National Show. She
exhibits many similarities to her dam, especially in her style,
overall length of body and levelness, in addition to correct teat
placement, medial support and smoothness of rear. We are looking
forward to having Lindy rejoin the show string this coming year, she
