Kastania
has been a standout since she was born and certainly
didn't disappoint as a milking yearling. She was 1st
place in her milking yearling class each time shown and
was 3rd place Milking Yearling at the 2023 National
Show. When shown as a 2nd freshener, she was 2x1st place
in a large class at REDGA.She had a tough time bouncing
back from the long drive to Kentucky, but still placed
11th at the 2024 ADGA National Show.
We
love her upstandingness in the front end, long bone
pattern, length and levelness of topline, correct
feet and legs, and beautiful breed character. She also
has a lovely mammary with overall area of attachment,
correct teat placement on the udder floor, width of rear
and smoothness of blending in the fore udder. We are
excited to see this young doe continue to mature.
My
daughter, Teagan, loves the Nubians and wanted one of
her own. When Kastania was born, I guided her towards
claiming Kastania...now she always says "Kastania
is so beautiful, right mom?"
